“Heroes” is a serial saga about people all over the world discovering that they have superpowers and trying to deal with how this change affects their lives.
Although it was unable to beat out the Sci Fi Channel’s much ballyhooed “Battlestar Galactica” aka “The Most Depressing Show on TV that Makes you Want to Kill Yourself”, “Heroes” nevertheless came in third on TV Guide’s list of Best Shows of 2006. Fellow NBC show “Friday Night Lights” came in second, while “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Project Runway” came in fourth and fifth, respectively.

Peter is in police custody after being mistakenly arrested in Odessa, forcing Nathan to take time out of his Congressional campaign. Claire deals with the implications of telling her father the truth. Matt and Audrey pursue a new lead in the hunt for Sylar unaware that the killer has been captured by Mr. Bennet. Hiro and Ando arrive in Odessa, too late to "save the cheerleader." After Niki learns of Jessica's recent actions, she must make a difficult decision to keep her family safe and so she decides to get herself arrested. Mohinder takes fresh steps down his newly-chosen path by coming back to new york and continuing his fathers research. Isaac's painting of the exploding man comes into context with major consequences for the future of a certain hero, just as an even more mysterious painting is unveiled. Also, in this episode a hero is lost.

The tragedy weighs down on the heroes and they continue to learn shocking details about the upcoming nuclear-level disaster in Issac's painting. Peter's in trouble. Someone dies.
OMG! So Freaking Good! I Absolutely Loved This Episode! When I was watching I was almost falling off the couch and I'd gap at the tv everytime a commercial would come on. This was getting more and more exciting. Nikki finally catches up to DL and Micah and she accidently hurts Micah and then says she can't be trusted so gives herself to the cops. Peter, at the end, has a vision that tells him it was his fault that the explosion heppened and that it's him. Peter meets the cop guy (forgot his name at the moment) and he starts reading their minds. Hiro and Issac finally meet up and Issac tells Hiro about his last picture of a man blowing up and it was funny when "Hiro said how do you stop an exploding man?" Then Issac paints a picture of Hiro going up against a Dino. with the sword. Well I'll stop now but it was just so freaking good. LOVED IT!
